INSTRUCTIONS
Print this image on plain copier paper to the suggested size: 11”x14”
Place this image on top of a black sheet of paper in the colour of your choice (use construction paper or the suggested paper)
Tape the two pieces of paper together and then tape the corners to your cutting board, stack of old newspapers or a self-healing mat
Use an exacto knife or craft knife to cut all of the large areas like the hair and neck. Save the eye lashes for the end of your silhouette making experience.
